What do you like best about Workday Recruiting? Good reporting aspects, integrates with Anaplan, lots of customizable stuff. What do you dislike about Workday Recruiting? WAY TOO MANY CLICKS. "Outdated for today's needs: Not intuitive or collaborative."

What do you like best about Workday Recruiting? Process managed online. I find limited other qualities to the product. I believe Atlassian's JIRA would be better suited to take over this space. "One of the most difficult ATS systems I have used"

What do you like best about Workday Recruiting? I do believe Workday could be great in the sense that it would work well for a large company with multiple requisitions to fill. It allows you to set an approval process so that you know your roles are budgeted and approved which is helpful. What do you like best about Workday Recruiting? I like that the main interface shows all the apps that are important to my role. What do you dislike about Workday Recruiting? Part of the apps aren’t applicable but I can’t remove them What problems is Workday Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you? It’s great for Continuing Education, Pay, Time off, and having a directory of the company at hand.

"A Self Explanatory Tool"

What do you like best about Workday Recruiting? The Search Bar on top left corner - It has solution to all your problems What do you dislike about Workday Recruiting? It is a little less flexible, does not blend well with all other tools What problems is Workday Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you? Have used Workday as an ATS and as a HCM too. It is the simplest tool. Simple to the customers and to everyone who uses it.
