What do you like best about Workday Recruiting? I do believe Workday could be great in the sense that it would work well for a large company with multiple requisitions to fill. It allows you to set an approval process so that you know your roles are budgeted and approved which is helpful. Part of the apps aren’t applicable but I can’t remove them What problems is Workday Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you? It’s great for Continuing Education, Pay, Time off, and having a directory of the company at hand.

It is a little less flexible, does not blend well with all other tools What problems is Workday Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you? Have used Workday as an ATS and as a HCM too. It is the simplest tool. Simple to the customers and to everyone who uses it.
