"It’s kind of hard to navigate if it’s your first time!"

What do you like best about Workday Recruiting? I like how you can search by name of candidate or position. The easy way to disposition candidates! We don't use any tools to supplement WorkDay. I love it! What do you dislike about Workday Recruiting? I wish the candidates didn't show up if they have been dispsoitioned already - or at least if they were 'grayed' out so we know they aren't in the mix.
