What do you like best about Workday HCM? The easy tracking features are most helpful. It's very user friendly, and the ability to see when I'm working in comparison to other coworkers is so helpful and saves a lot of time. The program has made my work scheduling way easier than if I were to write things in my calendar.

What do you like best about Workday HCM? Workday makes it very simple for our entire company to do administrative tasks such as requesting vacation, input goals/career development items, and search internal job postings. I especially like the format they provide for performance and development reviews. I think this is a dreaded quarterly task for most, but Workday provides a fast and easy way for our team to input their goals.

What do you like best about Workday HCM? WorkDay is VERY user-friendly. It is set up so any information you need as an employee or manager from time cards, to viewing PTO, to viewing and editing benefit information, the employee manual, and more. If used for job postings and applications, it also makes for a very user-friendly and organized process.

What do you like best about Workday HCM? I love the ability that workday gives us to perform our job both as employees and as employers. As a manager it made my job easy when doing payroll as well as managing my employees time off. Everything was in my hands and I had so many responsibilities
