Workday Works When Set Up Properly
What do you like best? Workday can integrate data and functions and makes many tasks self service What do you dislike? WorkDay for HR Tracking
What do you like best? It's so quick and easy to log in and view/put in for time off and see all of my personal HR information. What do you dislike? My paystubs aren't available and I still have to click on a link to a third party site. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The heirarchy structure is easy to navigate for approving and submitting time off. Also eliminates a lot of HR training and reviews when documents are listed here.

Workday Review
What do you like best? I really like that I am easily able to manage my paychecks and time-off in one platform. Workday makes it very easy to access all of this vital information. What do you dislike? My company does not have our 401k and retirement account information linked to workday. I think it would be very nice if we had this benefit. What do you like best? Easy to check payroll and calculating annual leave days What do you dislike? Inbox is a bit confusing. What do you like best? The best part about Workday HCM is the many different tools and functions it has. Workday HCM can be used for so many different things, from finance to time off to payroll to performance. Workday HCM is a program of many uses. Workday - Versitile and full of possibilities
What do you like best? I truly like the overall ease of use. There are so many different routes that you can take to obtain the data you require, it helps when compiling specific reports. What do you dislike? There is nowhere to keep sharable notes. Workday HCM- Functional and Simplistic
What do you like best? Easy to view and organize employee data in a variety of fields- pay check history, annual salary, sick time, etc. What do you dislike? No particular critiques that I can think of. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Clarity in employee HR data that lends itself to employees taking a proactive approach in dealing with potential data discrepancies.

Great Human Capital Management Solution
What do you like best? The best thing about Workday HCM is its compatibility and easiness-of-integration with other tools that are both by Workday and other providers.
