What do you like best? I like that it's pretty customizable and once you understand the processes and features of Workday, it's easy to understand how everything works. I do not like that there are many random items in Workday that make it hard to implement - everything is based on something else in Workday. What do you dislike? Easy to navigate & straight forward platform

What do you like best? I like that workday gives me access to anything that I need as an employee such as, time in/time out, 1-9's, w-4, paystubs, and changing my direct deposit information without having to wait for an HR rep & hope my information is entered in time for the next payday. What do you like best? I quite like the ease of use overall. There are so many different ways you can get the data you want, it helps to collect these documents. What do you dislike? Sharable documents can not be kept anywhere.
