Workday has been easy to use.
What do you like best? Workday helps our company process payroll, vacation requests, time off, hiring, performance management and much more. Tasks are easy to use for the most part, everything is organized intuitively. Our employees submit their requests and it comes to my dashboard. Great System for Time Off Management
What do you like best? It's easy to submit vacation, sick or time off dates. What do you dislike? Sometimes the balances are off and I have to call customer service to fix it. Workday from a User's perspective
What do you like best? I like that I have one place to go for a lot of my questions. I like that I can access it outside of work. And I like being able to self-service update my profile and account without having to go to a HR person, particularly during COVID. What do you dislike? I don't know who laid out the screens in Workday but entering data and creating an initial profile is a giant treasure hunt.
