It's really good platform for Candidates and Recruiters to get connected.

Using Workday candidates can apply internal jobs in the organisation as well as its very easy to refer candidates using workday, I like the filters feature of the workday very much, we can filter job region wise, technology wise and Manager wise. I enjoy the simplicity of finding what I need, such as : timesheets, Career page for internal job postings, Payroll information, and database for staff and faculty members What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love how we have hooked this product into our Azure Active Directory instance and have been able to allow our users, through their normal Workday portal, to update their own information. What do you like best? The design and layout is well done, it’s easy to navigate as well! What do you dislike? I’ve run into little bugs here and there. Things like the format doesn’t line up with the background. You may see wording out of place from where it’s supposed to be in a block What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Just organizing my employee profile is helping a lot. Logging hours and work expenses are now made simple
