What do you like best? I like the user interface of Workday. The platform is very easy to navigate and has many great functionalities and add on's should you choose to use them. What do you dislike? Convenient, but not intuitive.

What do you like best? The ability to enter and access different information makes it a great address book and calendar tool. Very helpful for managing those but those are about the only functionalities I enjoy. What do you dislike? Often difficult to navigate the site. Pressing the back button takes you to the login page rather than being able to jump forward / backward throughout the site. Extremely difficult to navigate the goal setting. My Workday

What do you like best? What I like most about Workday is that I can electronically access all of my payslips which prevents me from losing them if they were to be physical copies. I also like that I can track my career's performance history including raises, goals and achievements. What do you dislike? Works Well and is Easy to Implement and Use

What do you like best? Workday makes it easy to access bi-weekly pay and enter time on a weekly basis. It does a good job of compiling the data so I can go back and review what my past weeks looked like. Not only is it useful to see pay and time worked, but it can help employees see their performance reviews and access all their career goals related metrics from one platform. What do you like best? I like the visual landscape and the many offerings. What do you dislike? Sometimes it can be complicated to find what you are looking for - especially when trying to file for reimbursements. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it to record expenses and used it initially when joining the group full time for internal logistics like vacation time.
