Works Well and is Easy to Implement and Use
What do you like best? Workday makes it easy to access bi-weekly pay and enter time on a weekly basis. It does a good job of compiling the data so I can go back and review what my past weeks looked like. Not only is it useful to see pay and time worked, but it can help employees see their performance reviews and access all their career goals related metrics from one platform.
