What do you like best about Workday? Workday is incredibly user friendly. Everything is self-explanatory for end users. As an administrator, the platform was easy to implement and extremely customizable. Specifically, their security is robust and can be minute as individual field visibility. Workday also has a lot of online documentation, training materials, and a full forum (Workday Community) for crowdsourcing queries.
