WorkCast is a great platform
WorkCast is a great platform to host webinars on and has a very receptive and attentive support team. Cathy (our account manager) has been on hand whilst I have been learning how to use the platform and with me every step of the way, she even assisted on my first webinar last week.

Professional, helpful and flexible webinar company
WorkCast were professional, helpful and flexible as we embarked on our first series of webinars as a small volunteer-run charity with little previous experience of webinars! The webinars enabled us to share advice and expertise to a far wider range of people than we can achieve with face to face training and the MP4 recordings form a very valuable ongoing resource.

On the whole the service is good
We have worked with Workcast for several years now, using their managed events service (we do very few self-service events). On the whole the service is good - our account manager is very responsive and quick to help; the events team are good at checking availability/booking in, helping with registration page builds/approval and event set-up generally; the integration and experience team have been very helpful when we've looked at integrating the reg page with our website and updating ...

Our events were successful and the team…
Our events were successful and the team at Workcast are fantastic. There were a couple of little things which stopped me giving 5 stars which are not necessarily down to WC, but we have already addressed these and will make our events even better for next time. I would definately recommend Workcast to all.

The site couldn't handle the traffic…
The site couldn't handle the traffic going to a University Open day, so stopped allowing access even to people who had signed up. If their servers aren't capable of supporting the number of people that sign up to an event, they need to restrict the numbers that can sign up in the first place.[Update]Once logged on to the site, although slow to load pages, it seemed a good and well thought out site.Have raised the rating accordingly.
