Extremely User Friendly; Great Support

What do you like best? When I was first learning how to use it, I was surprised how intuitive it is. It can be used to track invoicing, orders, customers, etc. It does a lot of the work for you, which is amazing. It also has a great reporting function that I use to create weekly reports. They are very quick to respond via email and very few problems taking longer than a single phone call to resolve. What do you dislike?
