Extremely User Friendly; Great Support

What do you like best? When I was first learning how to use it, I was surprised how intuitive it is. It can be used to track invoicing, orders, customers, etc. It does a lot of the work for you, which is amazing. It also has a great reporting function that I use to create weekly reports. What do you like best? Workbooks has a very strong and capable support team which really helps outweigh any of the slightly frustrating areas of the CRM. They are very quick to respond via email and very few problems taking longer than a single phone call to resolve. What do you dislike?
