What do you like best? Workbooks is like having an extra hand to take care of tasks. You are able to have a lot of client information in one space and it is very user friendly. What do you like best? The support is fantastic, workbooks have a very strong and capable support team which really helps outweigh any of the slightly frustrating areas of the CRM. The reporting engine is very powerful and you can create virtually anything you can think of. What do you dislike?
