What do you like best? It has marketing , sales features. You can process a lot of things from this software. It tracks performances, manages , threes dashboards that we look at . What do you dislike? For business it is a bit expensive. its functions work well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helpful and very accommodating to my needs

What do you like best? The one thing I like most about workbooks.com is that it is very easy to use on the go. When I have been traveling I can easily keep up with reports and my work. Intuitive & easily customisable CRM product.

What do you like best? Workbooks is a brilliant self-service product that has enabled my company (insurance based) to take complete control of our data, something we lacked with our previous platform. Though the CRM package was not built to support a company like ours, we have been able to customise our databases heavily to meet our needs.
