User Friendly and Great for Organization

What do you like best? Workbooks is among one of the most user friendly CRMs that I have used. It allows you to keep all of your info in one place. They also have a great support staff for quick responses to questions you may have What do you dislike? Excellent Customer Service

What do you like best? I like the level of bespoke care given to our business. We have taken advantage of the CS+ package where Workbooks allocate additional hours for support and development but even their standard level of care is excellent. Their onsite technical support has also been of exceptional quality in my experience. What do you dislike? What do you like best? What I like the best is the ability to learn this program quickly. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike about this program. Recommendations to others considering the product: The more this program is used, the easier it is to keep track of your business. What problems are you solving with the product? The level of organisation and search capability What do you dislike? 1 license per user means it too costly to have our entire business making contributions Recommendations to others considering the product: run a trial and use live data What problems are you solving with the product? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is probably not the most important thing in the world, but I like how this CRM looks. The interface is somehow cute, and familiar to use. Simplicity is advantage number two, and I make entries in few mintes because the pages simply highlight the fields I need to fill.
