Reporting - although they can be a little tricky to set up, the reporting function is really useful in my role and I like the level of detail included which can be set up for daily, weekly, monthly reporting or whenever i need it. What do you like best? Easy to use, and adding additional features/fields easy. Customised reports are very good. What do you dislike? Customisation could be better with layouts, report writing, easy to write macros (no built in script writer) like in Microsoft Access, so programming even simple scripts is virtually impossible and customisable macro buttons.
