What do you like best about Workboard? I like the ease of use and the transparency. I can now see how my goals align with the organization all the way to the CEO. What do you dislike about Workboard? Performance can be slow. This can be embarasing during meetings with Execs. What problems is Workboard solving and how is that benefiting you? My company is moving towards a growth mindset. The benefits is the transparency and alignment. Workboard also helps everyone focus.
