Great Admin experience

What do you like best? As the administrator, it makes it incredibly easy to keep track of multiple job postings, status of candidates as well as feedback from hiring managers across multiple organizations. Unreasonable change of pricing model

I've used workable in two different companies and the overall experience has led me to recommend it to my current company as well. I strongly supported the features and I felt that the product takes away the friction from hiring.Since we wanted to open up several positions, we contacted workable for a price quote. Great product to search for candidates.

What do you like best? Very easy to configure and use the product. I like the fact that I can very quickly find a candidate for the company. I also like the mobile app and the ability to integrate with LinkedIn. What do you dislike? It takes time to study. Just do not like the lack of ability to deploy the entire chain of messages. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Workable solved the problem of finding workers.

Very Intuitive and Easy to Use

What do you like best? I interview lots of candidates for other hiring managers. With Workable, it is very easy for me to share my comments on the candidate after the interview. No more emails asking me what I thought of the candidates. I can easily get to their resume and LinkedIn profile via Workable. The only way we've been able to rapidly hire

What do you like best? As a sales leader, if we are going to add "yet another tool" for us to use, it needs to be simple and intuitive. I can honestly say that set up was legitimately less than an hour and has provided me much needed visibility into my candidate pipeline. What do you dislike? I almost gave up on ATS before I switched to Workable from ClearCompany

What do you like best? The product is so simple and easy to use. Set up took minutes and not weeks and every Workable employee we have interacted with has been great. As a hiring manager the mobile app helps drive collaboration and quick response time to interviews from my peers. There is a night and day difference between Workable and ClearCompany. User-friendly, robust software, amazing customer service!

We've been using Workable for over a year now - works really well for medium-sized companies (approx. 250 employees). It's very user friendly and has a robust software that hardly ever goes down. However Customer Service is the gem: they're very responsive and I also like that I deal with the same person all the time. He knows the history of the issues we encounter; furthermore, you're able to build rapport. Definitely recommended !
