User-friendly and smart!

What do you like best? When choosing what ATS to use we tried over 6 different high end ATS. At the end it was between Lever and Workable. We went with workable since it better fit where we are as a company - experiencing high growth, volume recruitment and many new managers. We wanted a tool that accommodated our needs: - Easy to use tool - Great referral platform - Easy to read and extract data - Best customer support / CSM. Furthermore, they are a constantly ...

Very straight forward and user friendly

What do you like best? I like the fact that it's very easy to use and straight forward What do you dislike? The fact that candidates in different postings don't communicate with each other, it's hard to keep track Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a really good tool, especially for special roles recruitment, but I have encountered some issues for mass hiring. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Easy to create listings and manage candidates.

What do you like best? The ease of sending emails and managing candidates in bulk. I also appreciate the ability I have to customize listings. What do you dislike? The search feature and navigation can be a bit confusing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps me easily create postings, manage candidates, and keep communication centrally located. The workflow with fellow employees helps to ensure we move candidates ...

Does the job. Some strengths, some opportunities.

What do you like best? Their search capability works well. Not only an AI to match potential candidates, but allows for search on sites like LinkedIn to source. What do you dislike? Their lack of an internal application feature/workflow is disappointing. Many frustrations around not being able to customize various aspects of the system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Low scale hiring is fine with Workable and it has ...

Needs Improvements: Not as UX/UI friendly

What do you like best? stages of the interview process. easy to use but not the best ats system What do you dislike? ux/ui are not very user friendly. can't add stages yourself (must be done on the backend by account manager) reporting is a bit of a mess . What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we are able to get a sense of how many candidates are moving through each stage, diverse backgrounds, and which job boards are providing ...

Saving tremendous time spent on managing recruitment

What do you like best? As a HR personnel who looks after the full recruitment cycle for a small company, Workable helps me save tremendously and in a very professional manner: - Sync with my company email (we use Google suite - so it's really convenient); I'm not sure for the case of private company email domains, but I do see Workable updating its integration list from time to time - Pushing job postings and then collating all applications/ emails from 10 free websites in one ...

Big help for administrators

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I am an overall manager that uses Workable as a dependable ATS. It helps me oversee things smoothly, such as dozens of job postings and the status of every applicant in the pipeline. It lets me view valuable reviews from the hiring staff of various companies. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The platform itself doesn’t cause us too much trouble throughout our operations. But I notice some time irregularities ...

Helps in structuring our entire hiring procedures

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Helps in establishing an efficient process of job posting because it makes manual posting obsolete. This is where our career pages point at, and where we efficiently generate openings on the web. Easy to use, and is great for having our postings on free or paid sites. All our hiring staff loves the tool in their tasks too, such as submitting a certain job posting for editing, changing or referring. Then, they can make the job ...

Quick and effective help

We've been using Workable for over a year now and I never had to contact support until today. I was expecting to wait a long virtual queue as in all the other sites but this time I was first in the line! Eleftheria was kind and replied to my doubts in a very easy to understand manner. I'm impressed and happy to know that in the future, if I have any query about their platform I'll receive such a warm help. Really well done team :)
