A Better way to work a WebSite or Blog
What do you like best? It is a better way to create website or blog. The best thing that I like about it, is if you are not familiar with web development or Web design, to any beginner, would be easy to catch how works Wordpress, another thing that makes incredible Wordpress is the many plugins you are able to use and activate on your project. These plugins make your web development so much easier and save time to create some elements from zero. Also if you have so much more experience ...

What do you like best? The extensible nature of the platform, being able to self-host, the scalability. What do you dislike? WPML is a premium solution for multiple languages, WordPress could really do with a solid open-source and free solution to multiple languages. The fact that WPML is a premium product means that there is no established standard for how to implement multiple languages. Lack of a real-time editing system similar to Microsoft Word Online or Google Drive means that ...

Great blogging and website platform for person or business
What do you like best? Easy to use and easy to post. Customization options and free themes are plenty. A very user-friendly experience each and every time. Great editing and spell check options before you post. Ability to create custom tags, categories, and edit permalinks for SEO. Sometimes it's difficult to find administrative ...

Great for Delivering Powerful, Maintainable Websites
What do you like best? The real power lies in the ability to create Custom Post Types. I can let WordPress do most of the heavy-lifting on the back-end, while I deliver premium design on the front-end. If you're good, you can build extremely maintainable websites where your client has total control over their data, whether that data is being collected, distributed, or displayed. Now that's what I call power. What do you dislike? The dashboard interface can feel a bit outdated at times, ...

WordPress is amazing and has been the backbone of my freelance career thus far.
What do you like best? WordPress has an amazing and very supportive community, with a multitude of free resources both of these factors make it a great starting point to learn about web design and development. But don't be misled by that statement, it is still an advanced and powerful framework that is more than capable of running large and powerful websites. What do you dislike? on occasion it can be overly complicated to perform something that could be done quicker elsewhere. What ...

WordPress - Front End Web Developer Review
What do you like best? Being able to upload a group of images with drag and drop. Working on the source code of a theme in my favourite text editor. What do you dislike? The additional classes that come bundled with adding a navigation to your theme. Many of these classes I won't use when theming a WordPress site. It means I need to create a custom walker to cull them or leave classes that have no purpose in the HTML. Either way it's superfluous to my needs for ever site I've built ...

WordPress, a CMS for any website
What do you like best? We have used WordPress on a multitude of websites, not only because of its simplicity, but also for all of the additional features that can be used. We have found that there are a large selection of templates for almost any website, and they are almost all fully customizable. There is even a great community of programmers who will do the customization, if you are too busy, or if it is outside your wheelhouse. What do you dislike? There is really nothing that I ...

Easy and Expansive!
What do you like best? I am really fond of using wordpress to manage content on websites. I love how you can use it for a small, non-so-complex website, to a very large very complex site. The templates available are very nice and there is a large variety to choose from. I also like how highly customizable everything is from templates for plug ins. I have used this to manage personal blogs, simple few-page websites, and a more complex business website with several blogs, pages, services ...

WordPress: Swiss Army Knife of Web Sites
What do you like best? WordPress is probably the most prolific web site platform on the internet. As such, there are thousands of themes and plugins that can be added to make a basic installation perform almost any function. In addition to it's general ease of use, the admin can actually be *used* on mobile platforms. I have been able to get a new author up and running with content editing in less than an hour. The plugin architecture has allowed me to add (and develop my own extensions ...
