What do you like best about Woopra? The information provided by Woopra is analyzable from the internet as well as mobile devices. Woopra displays fantastically the tools that our guests are using. Also, I love the ability of Woopra to indicate where a client is located geographically. You may ask the Woopra Customer Service when you have any question and in matter of minutes, they will provide you with the most useful answers.

"Visualising customer journey with Woopra"

What do you like best about Woopra? We have only used it on web applications so I would recommend it in that case. Deploy has been pretty straightforward. Usage is very intuitive so if you are looking for an analytics product to implement fast and easy (for example for a startup or when starting a project) it is also a good scenario to recommend Woopra. The free tier has been pretty useful to us.

"Woopra for web analytics"

What do you like best about Woopra? Woopra is very easy to access. I really appreciated the introduction of Appconnect from third parties, which has allowed me to handle details in my selection of segments, to create specific reports and user profiles and to gather data from channels, mainly from Helpdesk and chat.

"Define issues of content or technical difficulties with Woopra"

What do you like best about Woopra? Woopra operates very quick and with a smooth design, I really like the way it looks. Even for non-expert customers, it is simple to operate and it is safe, opposed to other software that regularly seemed to lose some incidents (I say this for experience). The deployment capabilities, the billing pipeline and CRM integrations of this software are outstanding characteristics that are way over Marketo and even Salesforce.

"Versatile and beautiful tool"

What do you like best about Woopra? The panel is very easy to use. It is intuitive. It allows us a deep understanding of user behavior. Woopra collects the data and gives us detailed reports with valuable metrics that indicate the current level of engagement.

"Easy integration"

What do you like best about Woopra? Using HTTP api is really simple and it makes it easy to integrate Woopra with our mobile projects on both Android and iOS platforms.. the user profile history is a great plus.

What do you like best about Woopra? Thanks to Woopra, you can say "hello" to one of your existing visitors while you are checking the traffic of your sites and observing the instant users.
