Don't buy woocommere

Don't buy woocommere, you will literally be forced to play with coding and be limited to so much. The plugin is designed to get you to buy more and even the support staff - their answers are to buy extensions which usually cost £80 or more. I wasted so many nights figuring out how to fix certain errors and although they know these errors exist, they have no intention of fixing them. All I have to say is look for better options.. there are many before you are stuck with this plugin.

Extremely incompetent support

Support asked me to hire someone to fix support issue. To do their work. Extremely incompetent support calling themselves support "engineers" and doing nothing. Support "engineers"? Are you fcuking kidding me??? you are support incompetents. Do yourself and your business a favor and never purchase anything from woocommerce. there IS no support. You can get all wordpess including woocommerce plugins for a fraction of cost or for free for a lot of reliable sources selling gpl licensed plugins.

If I could I would leave neg stars

If I could I would leave neg stars , I only just tried to buy their products and they could not of made it harder , if you see their name for a particular product , just keep looking for another company you couldn't do worse . I have sent them 16 emails feedback on their page everything I could they would not get back to me they send me a file that can not be opened, buyer beware.

Just wish someone would come up with an e-commerce solution for WordPress with decent support. I thought support was bad before but now that Automattic owns it, it has gotten even worse. Expensive plugins very poor support. Issues take days to resolve. Suggesting Shopify more and more.

Great ecom platform for quick and low cost deployment

What do you like best? Relatively low cost of set up and development versus other platforms, but still retaining full data and customisation control unlike third party hosted solutions.
