Because of the long work on building a webshop, I came back to this company about a plugin that I bought, that wasn't doing what we needed. Unfortunately it was outside the 30-day policy. You would expect some understanding. But no, they just let you pay for something you aren't using. A client friendly company would refund you the amount you paid. This company isn't.
