No idea why there are bad reviews for…

No idea why there are bad reviews for woocommerce. It's been great for our business. We use it to sell online. It's super cheap to run adn flexible, has great SEO and is transaparent. I think some of these reviewers are expecting a Shopify experience but forgetting that this is a self hosted product that costs 1/20th of Shopify.

Good shop plug-in, good support.

I have been using WooCommerce for my ecommerce shop for several years and it has been a great companion so far. I want to thank the support team especially Riyaz for addressing my technical issues in a professional and quick manner. I am satisfied so far with the product and the support.

We came over from Shopify which terminated our 4 year old store for complaining about the non stop appalling service and zero support. I'm so glad we did move, albeit not by choice. The woo support is amazing i have live support that is real techs not like the ai bot shopify now only use, had a 30 minute webcall with 2 woo support tech on how to move fwd with the store, amazing! Shopify have even withdrawn the account support manager from the plus stores that costs £2000 a month so they ...
