What do you like best about Wonderlic? Wonderlic Select has offered our Company a far-more streamlined tool for assessing candidate than prior providers we have worked with. The data provided is insightful in learning the candidate's Cognitive Ability, Motivation, and Personality. Concise and easy for our less-experienced Hiring Managers to understand and navigate. What do you dislike about Wonderlic? When you print a Wonderlic Select report, I wish the 'traditional WPT' score was available ...

It has helped us ensure that we are bringing on the best leadership hires possible. What do you dislike about Wonderlic? I would like to see more of the backend of how job titles are synced with job descriptions. To be fair this is done automatically and confirmed by the product team to make sure titles match responsibilities though. What problems is ...

What do you like best about Wonderlic? It's insighful to see the strengths and weaknesses of our finalists, as well as the current employees that we have had take the test. It produces what seems to be reliable and valid data. What do you dislike about Wonderlic? I would love to have more visability on how data is collected for benchmarking. What do you like best about Wonderlic? I think the customer success managers are the most helpful part of Wonderlic. I've always been able to get in contact with all employees at the company. What do you dislike about Wonderlic? I think that we haven't had the chance to test enough candidates/employees yet to really see if Wonderlic is successful.
