Has professional and stellar onboarding staff

PROS: The Zengine onboarding staff of WizeHive was great. They have lengthy patience, which makes sure that we’re all learning. They provide some homework that we can individually complete as well. CONS: I thought it is difficult to learn for me. But everything has become easy when the lead trainer provided some resource materials and tutorial videos for us.

Satisfying option for its function

PROS: It has a professional-looking layout and is very easy for applicants to use. We’ve begun using WizeHive for our Fall grant cycle this 2020, and it is bringing in huge perks. It has simplified the reviewing process of the board of directors. They can view all applications through a common hub in the platform or printed outputs. Then, they can conveniently submit the results through WizeHive for faster processing. WizeHive is really a worthy investment for us.

What do you like best about WizeHive Zengine? WizeHive is incredibly useful for program management, thanks to its integrated portal editor/publisher, as well as the highly editable data display. And WizeHive's support staff are unfailingly helpful, no matter how large or small the question!

What do you like best about WizeHive Zengine? Though I joined our program team after they had already been working with Wizehive Zengine, the customer service in Wizehive is phenomenal. Not only did they walk me through the entire system they had built out with our team, they guided me to helpful resources, and are always there as a continued support if we are ever needing assistance, clarification, inquires on what is feasible and not, etc.
