I called Wix support because of a technical display issue and every representative that I spoke to was so helpful, kind, and ensured I got the assistance I needed. It made the experience a lot less stressful and I felt confident in pursuing my subscription with them.

Trouble shooting

I had trouble with my store. Launching new products The first person that I spoke to wasn't as thorough as he should have been in hind site.. When I called back the next day I spoke to lady by the name of Anna who was very patient with me. She was brilliant in how she figured out what I had done wrong. Honestly don’t understand the negative reviews

This is my second web site the first years ago I couldn’t work out was a different provider wix however I’ve found very easy to navigate pricing straightforward too. My business is doing very well and I put a lot down to the ease of the site giving me more time to focus on advertising etc Thanks wix team

This is a Great Service, Reviews are Insane

I don't have any ideas why the reviews here are so negative. If I had to guess, I'd think it's because the overwhelming majority of people vastly overestimate their technical skills. Yes, Wix is easy, but you it still requires some technical ability. I feel like most of the negative reviews are total bumpkins who have no idea what they're doing, get frustrated at something, and immediately quit and leave a bad review. This is my second month with wix and I have renewed my subscription on the 1st of March and had to pay premium in pounds as agreed. First of all before just coming here saying wix has taken money from account without you noticing, why don't you look at what you have agreed to pay and which plan you have chosen, for if you chose Annual Plan that is one off payment for a year and you need to know that they will charge you yearly as agreed.
