A simple tool for creating simple websites quickly

PROS: No technical knowledge is needed to create simple websites using this magnificent but user-friendly tool. Every template available is created by professional designers so you can be sure of the quality of your website design. It is also great to have a free site with Wix that can support our advertising needs.

Stunningly easy to use

PROS: Everything about Wix Answers is easy--from setup and configuration to updates. We were able to start providing enhanced customer service immediately. CONS: I have no major problem with Wix Answers. Even their own customer support is fantastic.

I adore this tool

PROS: Wix Answers is our go-to for providing excellent customer service. Every user likes it as well because it is user-friendly. CONS: It needs polishing for mobile use but other than that there is no problem.

Intuitive user interface

PROS: With Wix Answers, our support team was able to quickly prioritize our messages to deliver the much needed personalized care and attention. The clean and intuitive user interface helped the support staff to increase ticket response speed. Besides, we were able to train agents faster and to configure our KB—all without depending on professional developers or outside support.

Wix Answers is a great system for support

PROS: Wix Answers has been wonderful in helping us resolve issues our customers present to us. With it, they can tell us what their problems are and we can help them quickly. CONS: It would be nice if there is a free version but I don't have much complaint because it is worth the money.

PROS: The pay-as-you-go model is very helpful for us with a limited budget. Its features are top-notch and have enabled us to provide equally excellent customer support. CONS: It can draw attention away from other areas of customer service so management has to set in place policies for its use.

Affordable support software

PROS: Wix Answers strikes a balance between cost-effectiveness and functionality. It has given me all the tools (ticket system, knowledgebase, live chat, and call center). I need to create a comprehensive support experience for my customers. The platform doesn’t provide a lot of add-on services, but that doesn’t take away much from its capability.

Excellent customer service software

PROS: Wix Answers helps us get in touch with our customers anytime, anywhere. This is a great benefit for us because we are always out on the field for projects such as weddings and other photoshoots. This also relieves our in-office staff because it is just one person.
