What do you like best about Wishlist Rewards? Wishlist is so easy to use and our employees really enjoy the awards. Everything is done electronically and employees get a choice of an array of experiences, gifts, foods, subscriptions, etc. Plus they may build up their awards and merge them for even larger award opportunities.

What do you like best about Wishlist Rewards? The feedback that we receive from employees regarding their Wishlist Rewards is better than any other benefit that we provide. Our team members enjoy that there are tons of options for them to choose from.

What do you like best about Wishlist Rewards? One of the best features of Wishlist is the ability for employees to customize their reward then report back on it. That allows for the rest of the team to experience excitement second hand and generates engagement.

What do you like best about Wishlist Rewards? What's not to like? We've entirely streamlined and automated the service anniversary program while at the same time providing better/more meaningful rewards that are flexible and can be optimized for each employee who receives an award. This program is administered by HR but we also have the ability to give managers a budget of their own so they can distribute additional recognition and rewards.

What do you like best about Wishlist Rewards? We like the ability to have our employees choose a reward that fits them and not just cash that disappears in their paycheck. We have employees across the country and can find a reward that fits each of them. The site is easy to use and employees love it.

What do you like best about Wishlist Rewards? I loved this reward. The out-of-the-box rewards were great, but the ability to customize the experience for a small fee was worth it. I could pair a trip to Hawaii and request a custom experience to scuba dive while I was there.
