What do you like best about Wisetack? As a service company we have been able to turn on the job estimates into sold jobs on the spot. Just recently I had a client that we required one repair on 1 system and a recommended repair on another. He was unable to speak to his wife who deals with their finances but when I offered wisetack he said the monthly payment was manageable and he wouldn't need to speak with his wife to get approval. Wisetack/Scratch told me that an extra interest rate would have to be paid no reporting What problems is Wisetack solving and how is that benefiting you? Correct the credit report due to verbal statements on just more interest no idea I would be reported, wish they would have told me

What do you like best about Wisetack? How easy it integrates with our Scheduling/Billing Software Housecall Pro! Making it very visible to our customers. What do you dislike about Wisetack? Once the application process is started, some customers have a hard time finding where to pick up after a job is complete. What problems is Wisetack solving and how is that benefiting you? Making applying for financing very easy to be had. More customers than usual have taken advantage of the program!

What do you like best about Wisetack? Love that Wisetack integrates seamlessly with Housecall Pro. The customer can get approved in 30 seconds. What do you dislike about Wisetack? The fee could be less but add to your total and all is good. What problems is Wisetack solving and how is that benefiting you? We can close more sales with Wisetack as it automatically gives the customer the option to finance

What do you like best about Wisetack? The process is very simple for my customers to use! I love that they give multiple options for my customers to choose from, and they have a low dealer fee! What do you like best about Wisetack? I like that it's built in to Housecall Pro. Their process is super simple for the homeowner and for our employees. What do you dislike about Wisetack? Wish they could finance a higher limit, but they have gradually been increasing it. Also, they do regularly ask for feedback and actually take action based on input, so this isn't a big issue.
