What do you like best about Wisely® by ADP? Easy access to my paystubs and time-off information. What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP? The mobile app needs updating. A lot of features are not accessible. What problems is Wisely® by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows me as an employee to have user-friendly access to my HR information. Currently utilizing for performance reviews.

What do you like best about Wisely® by ADP? I do not have an employee that is using Wisely for full deposit of payroll earnings but we have a number using it as a secondary account. Offering Wisely in addition to standard direct deposit options has been a helpful tool for our team members who want to use it as a savings plan (Christmas, Vacation, etc). What do you like best about Wisely® by ADP? The card works fine, and it is relatively easy to onboard employees manually, or through self-service. It is a decent option for employees who do not have a traditional means of direct deposit. What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP? Their customer service is lacking, and their delivery times are really slow. If you lose your card, it could take up to 15 days until you receive a new one. "Another Option to Paying Your Employees"

What do you like best about Wisely® by ADP? I like Wisely because it gives another option for paying employees who do not have a checking or savings account. Employees get a debit card, and their payroll pay is added automatically to the card. Very easy for them to use. Most importantly, it gives employees fast access to their money. What do you like best about Wisely® by ADP? I cannot think of any upsides for me. It may be useful to an employer if they don't care about their employees. What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP? The customer service is nearly non-existent. Their online help can't even bring up relevant topics when you enter a question. "Use Wisely to get your money earlier!"

What do you like best about Wisely® by ADP? One of the things that I like the best about Wisely is the early direct deposit. I get the money that I earned at least two days earlier than everybody else does. I like the fact that it is ADP-based as well. You know that they are in sync with your payroll.
