Restricted account Good morning, At the beginning everything was fine with Wirex online banking, on October 18th my account has been put on hold with over $17,200 and still no solution. The support button doesn't work,my cards was restricted. Please unblock my account and convert my money to the rightful currency it was on,my balance was never on Tgbp. Am taking taking a legal action if nothing is done about this,you just can't toy with people's money.

Your crypto isnt safe with Wirex. Hidden in the terms and conditions is a term where they can exponentially charge "holding fees" after your account not trading for 9 months which means they take your crypto. Mum had 2.1 eth in her Wirex account she bought in 2021 and she thought she could leave it there. Its all gone, Wirex took it all.

122 days and still not my money back! Beware of opening an account with Wirex, they lie and hold your money so that you can no longer access it yourself. Locked account, no response from support
My account was blocked for ‘periodic review’ that should take minutes to resolve as per the message in the app. Days later, there is no change, there is no response to my messages via ‘wirex support’ and my ticket (5867525) does not even appear to be in ‘processing’. Of course my money is blocked in the account and I can not move it out. Quite unacceptable. Thanks for your response. What is the maximum time the review can take?
