Verification to PRO-level
Verification from the regular level to PRO is not possible in the application. I have already sent several support requests with my documents. And there is no answer. My account was checked for 2 weeks. They wrote that everything was fine. Is this just a way to take a few more weeks again? Is it still possible to actually complete the process and allow me to pay WIREX commissions, store money and make basic card payments? I don't even know my ticket number.

I'm waiting for my withdrawal to come through for over 1 week now and Wirex still not responding to the emails, cases raised or their Instagram. Extremely poor customer service!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Scam.It is so sad but it is what they are.
Scam. They are blocking thousands of accounts for no reason and without any support for weeks and months included mine. Stay away, Wirex is planning a scam.

I wanted to close my account but I still had some funds in it, but I couldn’t withdraw it because the balance was insufficient. I have NEVER felt this upset about a company that I feel its nessesary to warn others. I have been wanting a backup exchange that offers a debit card. Well I fell right into this trap. I wastold in order to get the card I had to do the verification process, which I complied with.
