Troubles with Wirex

Hello, I am struggling since months with my support request Request ID #5810930....nothing moving....my money blocked.....I submitted all the documents they asked for in February....we are now in may nothing moved....why is there no Phone number to call is such a case? I can travel where should I go? Where is the office located physically? Wirex knows how to reply on review but don't know how to contact me by themself very bad costumer support. Give me my money back and close the account enough with games about high regulations and more as you are just a scam if you was high regulated company you would already return my money back to me!

I currently have my account “restricted”, cards blocked and funds locked in and crypto that I’ve transferred on hold, apparently it’s to do with a regulatory customer check to “monitor activity” on accounts? If I could give 0 stars I would. 20 GBP pending for withdrawal. 4 support tickets none of them has been replied. Do not even think about receiving Crypto on this wallet. Go for binance or any others trusted ones.

My account got locked with no explaining.

I put 10'000 into my account. Submitted the questionnaire. It said verification complete. Then when I tried to purchase crypto and send it to my wallet, my account got locked. It says it is a periodic review and should not take more than a few hours, but it has been well over 6 days. I still cannot use my account, I can neither send the money back into my bank account nor purchase anything with my money in my wirex account. Ticket number (5871966).

Last year I had my account blocked without notification, just disabled the ability to view my account.
