Is there your support? I've been waiting for the new Wirex card since March 20th. Anastasiia was my referent. She stopped replying to me and giving me updates. I paid 15 euros for express shipping. Two months have passed. I am speechless. I'm starting to get fed up with this situation.

Request ID #5863889 This is not good it’s supposed to be a simple process customers will always have issues and you’re supposed to put things in place to resolve those issues . I was stuck with non-working Wirex payment cards, Wirex bots promised the situation will be quickly reviewed and unblock my account. Enough time passed 2 good months! Just a review regarding my situation and customer support…. I currently have my account “restricted”, cards blocked and funds locked in and crypto that I’ve transferred on hold, apparently it’s to do with a regulatory customer check to “monitor activity” on accounts? Very very poor
Very very poor. My husband requires funds from his account and wirex have frozen account. No urgency what so ever in solving the issue. We have bills to be paid and can't as can't access account. So so poor
