Its being months since i did verification,sent money and now the verification status is "Pending". I send them three times request to resolve the problem and no answer for a long time Its a scamy tactic where you can deposit, cannot withdraw but the monthly fees are deducted from your account

I cannot link cards to top up my account, ticket number 5896683, customer support contact me 2 days ago saying the issue was resolve and I can try to link cards after 24hours, lie!
