Very bad account .. I created the account, they accepted passport verification then after days they accepted bank statement all from Ghana .. immediately I deposited money in the Wirex they logged me out say country not supported. When you return back to supported country app will work. In Germany I tried to open the account again still saying country not supported. Now no support no way to communicate with them. And when I create ticket it goes error . Send my money back to me .. Please I ...

Now blocked since 5 weeks!!!

Just to explain: I am a family man and a teacher and I trade a little in my free time. Every now and then I can make a small profit and withdraw it. ... Now I have been blocked for 5 weeks! .. Support gives stupid standard answers ... you will see that again here! .. Please make sure you find a reputable provider and warn as many people as possible about WIREX!!! thank you!

This week started my way into crypto wallets - this was one of my first choices (friend suggested). The site looks nice, the app as well. But support team is near to abscent. With their UI and their pistachio colours everywhere one might need some assistance with understanding the wallet. Chose another one and got the service. But will keep Wirex for future references, I guess
