I depost EUR money in my wirex account…

I depost EUR money in my wirex account and exchange to my solana and then send it to my solflare wallet. The Transfer is still pending after 14 hours. I don't understand why i need to wait so long. Its very frustrating. I send a mail and a request to customer service but they dont answer. Ticket number is; 5935323

Wirex are a big scam

Wirex are a big scam. They wrote me and offered me crypto transfers with no fess. I deposited crypto then did a couple of swaps on their app to try send it out. I was charged so much fess it almost took up my whole balance Then when I tried to shift it out of there to another broker it would not let me and they locked my money there and hijacked all my funds I would not recommend this app as they are unreliable and untrustworthy

No refund of my funds

It has now been almost 3 months that I am still waiting for my refund. Wirex who told me 3 months ago that my refund was made to my issuing account and unfortunately I still have nothing in the account as a transfer. They asked me to contact the bank (issuing account) to find out more, that's what I did and I got a negative response that there is no transfer in my favor in their system. And now I find myself in the middle. I feel really stupid. I lost a lot of money just because I trusted Wirex.

Not a good start at all...

Not a good start at all... I created my account at Wirex almost a week ago, everything went well, until the verification of my address... Then, something happened... My account is in the "verification" stage for 5 days now, while it stated on Wirex website - it should not take more than an hour. I sent 3 (!) different documents to prove my address - no replies at all. Surprisingly, I found my Tickets closed by the Support Team as "solved"! The worst support ever

The worst support ever! Still no reply on my e-mail from them regarding my account, they only reply on Trustpilot... my funds are still locked unlawfully in their platform, they dont allow me to get them back. I have ordered the card, received it but i cant use it because they have put my account on limited feature access for 2 weeks now.... i am willing to chnge my review just give me what is rightfully mine

Absurd saga: nonexistent or extremely slow customer service, no phone number, multiple compliance checks, incorrect assessment of my account usage (their compliance error), issues with credit card providers, IBAN providers, changes in the country of their legal headquarters, account numbers, technical access problems, and sudden account blocks without notice. In February, 653 euros were blocked for no reason. The account was limited. Now the account has been completely erased.
