What do you like best about Winningtemp? Winningtemp platform makes my everyday job simple and more effective. What do you dislike about Winningtemp? There isn't much I can say I do not like. What do you like best about Winningtemp? Good to get an understanding about the organizations wellbeing in the moment. What do you dislike about Winningtemp? - I would appreciate more practical support about how to discuss and present the results in different ways. E.g. practical examples of workshops, templates etc. What problems is Winningtemp solving and how is that benefiting you? No need of the yearly survey. this gives us a good insight into what its like right here and now.

What do you like best about Winningtemp? The high frequency (once a week) it might be a bit overwhelming at the begining, but well used with the team helps fostering a fruitful dialogue that otherwise would not be possible. What do you dislike about Winningtemp? I'm a big fan in general but maybe something that could be improved is to send regularly to the managers a report with their performance, trends, etc. Some managers do not have the habit yet to go and check their results, so a push ...

Nothing, we are very satisfied.......... What problems is Winningtemp solving and how is that benefiting you? We can see how empoyees feeling about the situation and we can do activities to do it better

"Easiest way to get a temp check on your work culture"

What do you like best about Winningtemp? It is so easy to just put it on auto pilot and get everything you need. What do you dislike about Winningtemp? It could be easier to navigate in the mobile app. What problems is Winningtemp solving and how is that benefiting you? Anonymous feedback from all employees is really hard, but WT fixes that.
