Actual GARBAGE
I wish I could give this 0 stars. I had to pay so much money for this absolutely useless service. This system offers no help and no explanation for answers given, makes calculations impossible when zero values are given. DO NOT USE THIS IT IS A PIECE OF S***!!!!!

There is no support for students at all. I purchased my access code through my campus store and nobody is answering when I will get it. Meanwhile, I tried reach out to Wiley but they don't care.
There is no support for students.

Garbage program
Garbage program, questions do not include the desired densities of materials required for calculations. Making calculations impossible without THEIR VALUES. Dont buy, fight this at your school.

Step in the wrong direction
wileyplus sucks compared to my math lab. horribly outdated interface, probably hasn't been updated since like 2010. Almost every time I use it I run into some problem that doesn't happen on any of the other websites. With the other websites, it'll link you to the text book, show you the solution, or ever help you solve it step by step. On wileyplus it'll just give you some hint thats not helpful 90% of the time. Additionally, you only get 3 attempts on each question, compared to unlimited ...

Costco Doesn't Care If You Have a Mental Illness
Costco continues to ignore proper accommodations for people with mental health disorders as per the city bylaws. They could give the mentally ill an hour a week to shop without masks or limit store capacity so everyone is included instead they further kick those who were down long before the pandemic and will be down or dead after the pandemic because of lazy actions like this.

Better Communication Needed
Customer service seems annoyed when contacted and doesn't listen to what you are telling them. I bought a Wiley Plus textbook for Anatomy & Physology through my campus per the WillyPlus instructions and my code was not correct. I was then told by WileyPlus to contact the campus bookstore who told me to contact WileyPlus because they don't give the access codes. Then after getting the code I had to get another code to access the activities which I'm told I have to pay for.

Avoid at all costs
In regards to it's use for Calculus, WileyPlus is a mess and should be avoided by instructors. The questions seem to test students more on whether or not they can decipher what WileyPlus is trying to say rather than any actual Calculus, creating a lazy illusion of difficulty. Additionally WileyPlus in most instances requires answers submitted in a very specific format or way that may not be specified with no flexibility, marking correct answers as incorrect and confusing students.

Avoid using this for students
Avoid using this for students. It doesn't offer any valuable feedback or help any students learn. Just repetitive and general information when students need help. In a lot of my specific course questions I am asked to approximate or guess when there are no values given to me. Very disappointing.
