Absolute trash

Absolute trash. Absolute waste of time and energy. Fu*k universities that pander to them in order to offer online courses and certifications that are useless - and deprciative over the course of your educational advancement.

Ban Wiley from academia!

For starters, it lacks reasonable input methods and the book used for Physics 2102 is awful. You must enter decimal answers rather than SigFigs or Scientific Notation. Many calculations are incorrect, finally, many answers that are exactly the same as what Wiley gives as the answer are not accepted. Wiley needs banned from colleges, this is a tool to make people hate learning, there isn't much else that I can say or recommend. The platform is toxic to academia.

Intro to Fin accounting-College course

I took this course online as an intro to finance course. This is by far the worst course I have ever taken. I am an IT manager, and when I spend more time figuring out where to place digits, I wouldn't lie. I mean, if you forget a space or a number, you are screwed, and the grading sucks. I told my advisor and professor, and they both shrugged me. Please check ahead of time what software they are using. I had to end up dropping this class. I am a 4.0 GPA student, so I'm not lying here.

TRASH - Customer service is a runaround mill where they tell you to call CS on the phone, then redirect you to online service. Each member has approximately 1 brain cell and do not give 1 flying *uck about your education. The service itself is trash. Get an answer wrong with a misclick, you're screwed. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM IF YOU CAN AVOID IT. Let your professor know that this service sucks and you will be writing them to modify your grades if you get a correct answer and Wiley refutes.

Not good for helping you learn

Website is difficult to navigate and dated looking. It deducts points for wrong answers but doesn't provide an explanation/reasoning behind the correct answer, so it seems like they are more focused on punishing you rather than helping you learn. With similar software, such as McGraw-Hill Connect, you get a step by step explanation for each solution. Worst education software I have ever used, and definitely not worth the $100+ that WileyPLUS charges for it.

Not designed for helping you learn

Website is difficult to navigate and dated looking. They deduct for wrong answers without explaining the reasoning behind the correct answer, so it seems like they are punishing you rather than trying to help you learn. Also you only get 1 attempt per question, so if you misclick an answer you are SOL. Next time I'll just burn my $100 instead of spending it on this garbage.

Their website is misleading

Their website is misleading. Then, trying to find out any information for which you have paid, is impossible. There is no way for you to follow up on orders. You can file a case, which you get an automated response to, but nothing is followed up on. No email is sent once you have paid for something, no receipt, nothing. Would never recommend this company to anyone!

Their questions don't have correct…

Their questions don't have correct answers. Worst HW service to ever use. If students can't trust the answers to be correct, then it is rendered useless. I have screenshot evidence. Someone should report them for fraud to a relevant watchdog.
