Wild Apricot has been a lifesaver the Entegra Coach Owners Association.
Wild Apricot has been a lifesaver for our club as we’ve grown to almost 2000 members. We left off using a spreadsheet at @150 members. There is a learning curve, but their Customer Service is very responsive, and have been very patient as we have learned their systems. Their event registration and new payment processing capabilities will really empower our club management goals.

Overall I love Wild Apricot software…
Overall I love Wild Apricot software and their support is great. As a membership application is would be hard to beat. The only thing I would change is the website and email editors. We should have a CPanel like most website hosting is done and where we can FTP from an offline editor.Emails are even worse in designing. With the website being so closely tied into the databases, it might be hard to implement.

The features available are first class…
The features available are first class and enable me to help run and manage our walking group. Support is always helpful when needed even for our free account. Paid plans receive an increased level depending on payment plan but to be honest the support I have received has met all my needs.
