Efficient and affordable for any company.

What do you like best? The search function is outstanding and it helps my tasks run quicker. Though it is not automatic like it should, I can customize the cover. Above all, I can analyze the reports and I can find out how much we use the instruments. It makes it easier for me to use, more fluid for my work and good services with my customers. What do you dislike? I can interrupt my workflow because I need to connect to different accounts on different levels in order to see what ...

User friendly software.

What do you like best? An elegant and friendly interface that gives you the right tools from the start. These features are also available for users who need to create and export galleries in different file sizes and do not need comprehensive training. What do you dislike? It takes a few minutes for your exports to be ready when ordered. In general, this isn't a major problem, but it can be a minor nuisance in the overall workflow for people who like to move quickly. Recommendations ...

Widen Collective: to search, manage and download your assets.

What do you like best? If there is something I like about Widen Collective it is its stability, I can really trust it. Forms can be managed very easily, which is a great advantage. The DAM interface is very fast and easy to use. A feature that I also like, is that the generation of reports are robust and security allows a lot of flexibility. It is a highly customizable and very vital platform when working with large teams. Its ability to integrate with other platforms is really excellent. ...

Easy to implement.

What do you like best? Widen offers a great deal of usability. The features that really sold this service to us are the version control, the quick search and the advanced organization and adobe creative cloud plug-in, which allows you to directly put the photos into your files. What do you dislike? The resource metadata or bulk upload metadata is not easy to collect. Recommendations to others considering the product: This takes time to configurate and understand the various ...

Lots of Functionality, a little clunky at times

What do you like best? There is a ton of functionality that Widen offers. Version control, easy search, advanced organization, and the adobe creative cloud plugin that allows you to pull the images directly into your documents, are the features that really sold this product to us. What do you dislike? Not easy to bulk grab the asset metadata, or bulk upload asset metadata. Recommendations to others considering the product: It takes time to set up and think through the different ...

Widen Collective is a very good option

What do you like best? Its user interface is of very good quality and easy to use, the constant support center of a chat and email system allows the communication to be fast, clear and effective. What do you dislike? This platform does not contain a variety of image sending synthesizers because currently I can only send image sets via email Recommendations to others considering the product: Widen Collective is excellent for companies of any size. It can be used for photos or ...

A User-Friendly DAM That Checks All The Boxes

What do you like best? A clean, sleek interface that gives you the tools you need right out of the gate. For users who need to create galleries and export in various file sizes, those features are all there as well (and don't require extensive training to take advantage of! What do you dislike? Different from our previous DAM, this site does take a few minutes to prepare your exports once requested. In general, this is not a huge deal, but for folks who like to move quickly, it can be ...

Powerful asset manager

What do you like best? Lots of features and functionality. Good interface. What do you dislike? Can be challenging to search for imagery thematically, you need to know a specific filename or keyword to find some images that aren't aggregated in a portal or collection. Not all images have correct keywords which makes it hard for an unfamiliar user to find lifestyle images that might be obscurely labeled. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Very functional, with a few kinks

What do you like best? Easy to search and share all sorts of files, especially images. Easy to see who uploaded what and check version histories. What do you dislike? Search feature has a few kinks, like you can't open two Widen tabs simultaneously—it'll just show you the same search in each. Filters work in a kind of frustrating way, i.e. if you select "Royalty Free" images and "Unlimited Use" images it'll only show you files that match BOTH criteria, instead of either. What ...
