What do you like best? I was able to utilize the Chat feature with the WHOVA team whenever I was unable to fix or work through an issue. What do you dislike? There are not enough how-to video's for Admins. As well as specific to do quick sheets for my speakers i.e. telling my speakers how to access their profile and share their posters all over social media. They were not tech-savvy enough to know how. What do you like best? Easy to navigate the system! I enjoyed that as each person began to speak, their faces would just automatically pop up on the screen, unlike Zoom. What do you dislike? I had trouble switching from sessions. I wish there was a way to keep the sessions continuous so that I don't have to keep going back to the agenda to reach each upcoming session. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? N/A
