Disappointing Aspects

We decided to use WhosOn as it seemingly had some good, interesting features. However, in truth they have not matched our expectations at all. On the standard package they have options to include pre-chat surveys, wrap up status etc, all of which seemed really appealing. However, whilst they are easy to implement and display fairly well on the website, there is NO reporting around it, rendering them useless. Feature Rich Peice of Kit - Excellent Support

I have managed our live chat software since the install (750 seat contact centre) back in 2013. The first thing you will notice is the abundance of features that the software contains, The 2nd is how easy it is to understand what is required to adapt the software to your company needs. The help files are really in depth and with a little time spent you can work out what is needed to get to where you need to be. Getting better... but room to grow.

I've been using WhosOn for about 2 years now. At first, it was a very simple and reliable application. Over time though, I believe we have began to press the envelope a little and that has resulted in a few bugs here and there. The response time to our bug reports was a bit lacking at first, but they have really responded to our request for better support and I believe the software is becoming more stable every day. The service this gives you is great. The operator on the other line is always respectful and helpful. Always to the point and offers advice too. Would use again if anything comes up with a sale.
