"Necessary grammar corrections"

What do you like best about WhiteSmoke? The accuracy of this online engine and the small cost What do you dislike about WhiteSmoke? It only works online, so it can make things a bit inconvenient at times. What problems is WhiteSmoke solving and how is that benefiting you? It's fantastic at catching errors, and ensures perfect letters, emails, etc., I might have overlooked.

Look like they stop operating

Look like they stop operating, all phone lines and servers are disconnected. Whatever we subscribed just gone out the window.

Horrible product

PROS: Decent grammar software checker can’t say much more positive with this product. CONS: Poor customer service. The software system stopped working and my lifetime membership was voided even though I paid for it. Called customer service and they were of no help.

I purchased White Smoke on 2012

I purchased White Smoke since 2012 for a life time, but when I asked them to update it. They said that they changed their policy and I have to pay for it on a monthly basis. I had the old version which I already lost when my computer stopped working and no hope to even get it back on my new computer. They are not helpful at all or even have any loyalty for the customers. I lost my money! I don't recommend it for anyone.

i purchase a software from them for $50 from TNW deals from lifetime subscription. They are legit scammer. i cant even download or use the software until now. I tried to email them but none of them replys.

PROS: After checking other alternatives, I found WhiteSmoke the most trustable writing correction tool. CONS: It could provide further information regarding the correction suggestions.
