Possibly the worst customer service I have encountered from any online business. 4 days after paying in full and 5 emails later I am unable to gain access. My mistake was not to read the trustpilot reviews. WhiteSmoke you should be ashamed.

I used to enjoy their services years back but recently they ruined their entire system and its utterly useless. Not worth the money and the customer service/sales team is unprofessional. I do not recommend.

The life time membership is a scam

The life time membership is a scam. They shut me down like clock work every year and I had to fight and get it turned back on. Then finally they shut me off and refused to support my membership altogether. The expensive lifetime membership is a fraud. This company would be a good candidate for a class action lawsuit!!

AUTO-RENEW SCAM!!!!!I paid for Whitesmoke for one year. I now have a notice from PayPal that they have auto-charged me. I wrote them and told them that they have exactly 24 hours to refund my money. No response.24 Hours laterPayPal has flagged this transaction as unauthorized. White Smoke cannot access the money from the charge.
