What do you like best about Whisbi? Best I like the ability to interact with clients live on video. One2one sessions are very nice way to show client a product which is not near to him (eg. a car).

What do you like best about Whisbi? Overall very good customer and call center agent feedback – interface is easy to use and very user friendly. Implementation went superb with onsite training of new agents and in close collaboration with both team managers, project manager and our online specialists.
