You can customize the meeting link to fit with your brand and also customize the classroom look and feel. What do you like best? The personalization of the meeting page, logo and picture in the back. However, it is not useful to everybody so it may not be such an important or relevant feature. I have no idea hoe the customer service performs because I ever needed it, but is something to consider. What do you dislike? The reduced number of people on the paid plan.
