What do you like best? Whereby doesn't need any software to be installed and works on a wide variety of browsers. Therefore anyone can use it without much efforts. You can not send pictures nor videos through the chat. If someone get into the chatroom by clicking in the link (using whatsapp or mail) he has no micro.
